Do you take on downtown Austin high-rise and penthouse projects

Yes. We coordinate with the building or HOA on access, COIs, elevator reservations, loading and parking, work hours, permits (when required), and any site rules. We also plan the work to respect neighbors and common areas, including notice when it’s appropriate.

Are you fully insured?

Yes. We are properly insured and can provide certificates of insurance (COIs) upon request, along with relevant documentation related to the scope of work.

What kind of work is Fryar Contracting best suited for?

Remodels, renovations, repairs, and property upgrades, especially projects that need strong coordination and a high standard of finish.

Which parts of Central Texas do you cover?

How do we get a price and what do you need from us?

Start with a quick description and photos. We can give a desk estimate first, then a site walkthrough, then a final, written scope and price once details are confirmed.

Do you handle permits, inspections, and code requirements?

Yes. When permits are required, we’ll identify them early and coordinate the process so the project stays on track.

Can you manage the full project, including scheduling trades and material deliveries?

Yes. We plan sequencing, coordinate trades, and track dependencies so work happens in the right order without avoidable rework.

Do you work in condos, HOAs, and buildings with strict site rules?

Yes. We coordinate access requirements, building rules, parking or loading procedures, and work hours so the process runs smoothly for residents and management.

Can you take on high-rise work with COIs, elevator reservations, and loading constraints?

Yes. We’re used to the administrative side of high-rise projects and we plan logistics up front to reduce friction once work starts.

Will we need to move out during a remodel?

Not always. Many projects can be phased so you can stay put, depending on the scope, utilities, and safety considerations.

What happens after the project is complete?

We do a final walkthrough, address remaining punch items, and provide closeout details so you’re not left chasing loose ends.
